Job Summary:
??The Advanced Care Provider plays a pivotal role in delivering high-quality healthcare services. The ACP will be responsible for assessing, diagnosing, and treating patients, as well as educating patients and their families.?
Duties/Responsibilities:

??Conduct thorough patient assessments, order appropriate diagnostic tests, and develop effective treatment plans.

?Work closely with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated and patient-centered care.

?Provide education and counseling to patients regarding their health conditions, treatment plans, and preventive care.

?Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient medical records and documentation in accordance with the healthcare facility's policies and procedures.

?Prescribe medications and other treatments as appropriate, following state regulations and scope of practice.

?Participate in continuing education and professional development opportunities to stay current with medical advancements and best practices.

Education & Experience:

??Masters degree in nursing (for NPs) or a Masters degree from an accredited Physician Assistant program.

?Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in a healthcare setting, preferably in primary care, urgent or emergency care.
