What are the responsibilities and job description for the Sales Development Representative position at AMI Network?
Want to Hustle, Build Relationships, and Make $$$?
Looking to break into sales and develop skills that’ll set you up for a lifetime of success? If the thought of cold calling, dropping in on clients, and turning “no” into “yes” lights a fire in you—then we need to talk.
We’re AMI Network, a healthcare staffing powerhouse in Los Angeles, and we’re looking for a Sales Development Rep (SDR) who’s ready to hustle, grind, and channel their inner Mamba Mentality. You’ll be the first point of contact, building relationships with potential clients and setting appointments for our President (yep, the big boss) and our Business Development Manager to close the deal.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- 2 days a week: Hitting the phones, emailing, and texting leads we provide—you bring the grit and charm
- 3 days a week: Out in the field, dropping in on potential clients, leaving behind marketing materials, and making a compelling case for why they need to meet with us
- Mastering sales fundamentals: Learning how to overcome objections, build trust, and turn cold leads into hot opportunities
What’s in It for You:
- Salary Commission: Every appointment you set puts more money in your pocket
- Sales Training: You’ll gain sales skills that’ll serve you for life (seriously)
- Mileage Reimbursement: Yes, we've seen gas prices recently
- Fun, High-Energy Office: We hustle hard but know how to celebrate wins
What We’re Looking For:
- Someone with relentless determination who doesn’t take “no” for an answer
- A natural communicator who can build trust and rapport quickly
- A go-getter who thrives on hitting goals and exceeding expectations
- If you’re ready to work harder than the competition, outsmart objections, and win like Kobe and Shaq circa 2001, let’s talk. This could be your shot to develop elite sales skills and build a career that’s nothing short of legendary.
**If this sounds like your cup of tea, send your resume to Katie at aminetwork.com with a blurb about why you think this job is a good fit, what's an area of your life personally or professionally you're looking to improve. A creative subject line will get you extra credit, and for more bonus points we'd love to hear an interesting fact about yourself! Do not apply here. Seriously, don’t. We’re looking for detail-oriented people who read all the way to the bottom of a JD.
