HR Coordinator Job Description
Reports To: Administrator/CEO
Classification: Exempt
Description:
· Responsible for new hire orientation to include I-9 verification documentation and completion of all new hire forms
· Provide HR services to employees by answering questions on policy and procedure
· Ensures training of processes and procedures are compliant within legal expectations
· Works during normal business hours and able to maintain a regular and reliable schedule
· Coordinates the new hire process, distributes exit interviews and tracks/monitors responses and Conducts background checks/investigations
· Maintains up-to-date employment records and personnel files including processing personnel actions accurately and timely, and Inputting employment information in the Human Resource Information System and retrieves historical data as needed and
- Report issues requiring formal internal investigation to Human Resources/Management.
- Demonstrate/maintain professional internal and external relationships, cooperation and partnership with all Amiable Home Care employees, managers and individuals.
- EMPLOYEE ONBOARDING
- Work with Human Resources to identify hiring needs and to interview and onboard new employees as appropriate.
- As needed, conduct assigned sections of new employee orientation following established guidelines.

Minimum Qualifications:
- Qualifications:
· High school diploma or General Education Diploma required, bachelor's degree preferred
· One year of Human Resources/payroll/clerical experience required
.1-2 years of experience in staffing required.
· One year computer experience to include proficient use of spreadsheets and word processing preferred
· Professional in Human Resources (PHR) Certification preferred
· Strong administrative support skills.
· Strong organizational skills and ability to balance multiple assignments with strong attention to detail.
· Valid driver's license required

At least 18 years of age
Current negative TB (Tuberculin test)
Acceptable criminal (State and County) history background checks
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.50 - $18.75 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
