The selected candidate will be expected to report to our office in Lincoln, RI full-time at the start of employment. A hybrid schedule of 3 days in office and 2 days work from home may become available once trained to work independently.
Responsibilities
The Senior Audiovisual Specialist is responsible for the design, setup, operation and maintenance of audiovisual, meeting technology, and videoconferencing equipment throughout the enterprise. The selected individual will maintain knowledge of technology and trends within the audio/visual, meeting technology and teleconferencing industries.

Responsibilities
The Senior Audiovisual Specialist is responsible for the design, setup, operation and maintenance of audiovisual, meeting technology, and videoconferencing equipment throughout the enterprise. The selected individual will maintain knowledge of technology and trends within the audio/visual, meeting technology and teleconferencing industries.
- Build Relationships - Develop good relationships with internal clients, ensuring open communication and high-quality presentations.
- Event Setup & Support – Set up, operate, and troubleshoot AV equipment for meetings, conferences, and events.
- AV Equipment Maintenance – Ensure all AV hardware (projectors, microphones, speakers, video conferencing systems) is maintained, updated, and functional.
- Video Conferencing Management – Support platforms like Zoom, Microsoft Teams, or Webex, ensuring seamless virtual meetings.
- Presentation Support – Assist speakers with slide decks, sound, lighting, and other presentation needs.
- Live Streaming & Recording – Manage live broadcasts and recordings of corporate meetings, training sessions, and events.
- Troubleshooting & Technical Support – Provide real-time AV support to resolve sound, display, or connectivity issues.
- AV System Integration – Work with IT teams and outside vendors to ensure AV systems integrate with enterprise networks and software.
- User Training – Educate employees on using AV equipment and best practices for presentations and video calls.
- Vendor Coordination – Collaborate with external AV vendors for equipment rentals, system upgrades, or large-scale events.
- Digital Signage System – Manage day to day operations of enterprise level digital signage system.
- Enterprise Video Platform – Manage day to day operations of enterprise level video delivery platform.
- Video Production - Support all aspects of video production, including setup and operation of professional video cameras, studio and on-location lighting, sound recording, and video editing as needed.
- Digital Asset Management – Provide administrative management of DAM platform. Prepare, tag, and upload photo and video files into the DAM as needed.
- Technical Liaison – Serve as liaison with our Corporate Information Systems department.
- File Conversion - Encode, distribute and archive video and audio programs and advertisements as required.
- Flexibility - May be called upon to handle other duties as required.
- College degree with focus on technology preferred, minimum 5 years or equivalent work experience in the AV and/or meeting technology field.
- Proficient with audiovisual and computer production hardware & software.
- Proficient in video production hardware and software.
- Position involves a high level of physical activity including equipment set-up, lifting and prolonged hours on your feet.
- Strong technical skills.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to simultaneously coordinate multiple projects.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with ability to work independently and as a part of a team.
- Position entails non-traditional hours, travel and working on weekends when necessary.
- Proficient knowledge of PowerPoint, Photoshop, Lightroom, Media Encoder and Premiere.
- Knowledge of Word and Excel is a plus.
