What are the responsibilities and job description for the Analytical Expert for Napa Valley Winery position at Amici Cellars?
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented individual to join our 2025 harvest team at Amici Cellars as a lab and cellar coordinator. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our laboratory and cellar processes.
This includes calibrating and maintaining analytical equipment, conducting chemical analyses, and recording data. You will also assist in the cellar with tasks such as pump-overs, sanitation, dig-outs, and barrel-downs.
The ideal candidate will have at least one year of lab experience, one year of cellar experience, and proficiency in Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel. You must be able to lift and move objects up to 50 pounds frequently and more than 50 pounds occasionally, including wine barrels.
We offer a monthly living expense stipend, but do not provide transportation or housing. You will be required to work extended hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
