In this role, you will assist our winemaking team with tasks such as operating and maintaining analytical equipment, conducting chemical analyses, and recording data. You will also participate in cellar activities such as pump-overs, sanitation, dig-outs, and barrel-downs.
The ideal candidate will have at least one year of lab experience, one year of cellar experience, and proficiency in Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel. You must be able to lift and move objects up to 50 pounds frequently and more than 50 pounds occasionally, including wine barrels.
