Server/Bartender Position

We are looking for an experienced and friendly server/bartender to provide a fun dining atmosphere for our guests at both of our locations. The ideal candidate would be outgoing and customer focused while having the ability to multitask and work as a team. Prior serving and bartending experience is required, along with the ability to demonstrate knowledge of wine, beer and cocktails. Must have weekend availability. Day and Night shifts are available. Compensation includes hourly pay and tips. We have two locations so reliable transportation is necessary.

Responsibilities

• Provide hospitable and customized service to guests
• Interact and connect with guests and anticipate their needs
• Demonstrate knowledge of menu and ability to sell items and specials
• Accurately take and send orders to kitchen on the POS system
• Keep tables free of dirty plates, glasses and silverware etc. by pre-bussing
• Partner with other team members to make sure all guests are taken care of

Skills

• Positive and Outgoing attitude with excellent communication skills
• Team oriented and able to multi-task and help other staff as needed
• Ability to work in a fast passed environment
• Basic knowledge of wine, beer and alcohol
• 3 years of proven restaurant experience preferred
• Banquet/Catering experience is a plus

Pay: From $15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
