Key Responsibilities:
1. **Property Maintenance:
o Oversee routine and emergency maintenance of the property.
o Schedule and supervise repairs and inspections.
o Ensure the property complies with health, safety, and building codes.
2. **Tenant Relations:
o Act as the main point of contact for tenants.
o Address tenant concerns and complaints.
o Coordinate lease renewals and resolve disputes.
3. **Leasing and Marketing:
o Advertise vacancies and show properties to prospective tenants.
o Screen and interview potential tenants.
o Draft, negotiate, and enforce lease agreements.
4. **Financial Management:
o Collect rent payments and ensure timely payment.
o Maintain accurate financial records (e.g., budgets, expenses, and rent rolls).
o Handle financial transactions related to the property (e.g., bills, taxes, fees).
o Prepare and manage operating budgets and financial reports.
5. **Legal Compliance:
o Ensure that the property adheres to local, state, and federal laws.

Salary & Benefit Package:
- Wages will be paid every two weeks by direct deposit.
- Health Benefits (applicable after 90 days).

- Vacation package - Starting 80 hours
