Primary responsibilities for this position include processing accounts payables and receivables, managing bank reconciliations, posting journal entries. The ideal candidate will have thorough knowledge of QuickBooks and experience with Microsoft Excel and Word. Must be a team player, possess a willingness to help in all aspects of our business, have the ability to multi-task and be dependable. Flexible work schedule-we can tailor workload to your availability (preferred minimum of 20 hrs a week). All replies should include a resume and financial expectations.
