Systems Administrator

Amigo Mobility International, Inc. is looking for a motivated and knowledgeable Systems Administrator to support internal and external customers with technology solutions.
Job Duties
- Responsible for the installation and life-cycle maintenance of PCs, phone equipment, and other
- connectivity equipment
- Acts as first point of contact for helpdesk requests
- Keep Amigo up to date on software releases
- Monitor and ensure daily backups of system data
- Training of Amigo associates on computer software and hardware
- Maintain Active Directory and implement group policies
- Respond to helpdesk tickets timely and professionally
- Assist and backup other members of the IT department
- Keep computer/phone equipment running at and in proper configuration
- Configure network switches, firewalls, and routers
- Keep detailed notes on configurations and issue resolutions
- Work with vendors from but not limited to copier, phone, and software companies
- Maintenance and administration of virtualized and cloud-based SaaS applications
- Software/hardware projects as assigned
Knowledge and Skills Preferred
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Maintaining computer networks and systems
- Monitoring computer systems to improve network performance
- Problem-solving skills
- Networking experience
- Windows OS and Office 365 experience
- PC software/hardware knowledge
