About the Role:
We’re looking for an experienced Digital Talent Manager to join our leadership team. You’ll manage and grow a small, high-performing roster of creators while also shaping internal systems, team growth, and long-term strategy. This is a unique opportunity for someone who thrives in an entrepreneurial, creative, and values-led environment — and wants a real seat at the table.
Key Responsibilities:
- Talent Representation: Manage a roster of digital creators, offering strategic guidance across brand partnerships, content strategy, and long-term career growth.
- Business Development: Drive revenue and hit sales targets across our Creators by negotiating and securing strategically-aligned opportunities.
- Team & Systems Leadership: Help shape internal systems; opportunity to build and lead a team as the company scales.
- Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain relationships with brands, agencies, platforms, and media partners.
- Talent Acquisition: Help identify and onboard new talent who align with our vision.
You Might Be a Fit If You:
- Have 4-7 years of experience in digital talent management, influencer marketing, or entertainment representation.
- Thrive in fast-paced, entrepreneurial environments and want real input on company direction and growth.
- Are passionate about creator businesses, digital media, and building brand equity.
- Have a proven record of generating new business and selling.
- Are an extrovert who loves meeting new people and building relationships.
- Prefer working closely and intentionally with a small number of creators.
