```Duties``` - Oversee and manage all aspects of nursing operations within the organization - Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure high-quality patient care - Provide leadership and guidance to nursing staff, promoting a positive work environment - Collaborate with other departments to ensure effective coordination of patient care - Monitor and evaluate nursing performance, identifying areas for improvement - Manage staffing levels and schedules to ensure adequate coverage - Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements, including HIPAA and medical record documentation - Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in nursing administration ```Qualifications``` - Bachelor's degree in Nursing (Master's degree preferred) - Current state nursing license - Proven experience in nursing administration or leadership role - Strong knowledge of acute care and nursing home settings - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities and deadlines - Proficient in medical record systems and HIPAA regulations Note: This job description is intended to provide a general overview of the position.
