Position Summary

As an intern, you will work with various departments and assist with various tasks related to financial reporting, analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and auditing. The Internship is available for the academic 2025/2026 year (part-time in the spring and fall semesters, full-time when school is not in session). Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Support the Finance and Accounting team with various tasks such as data entry, reconciliation, verification, and documentation.
- Prepare and analyze financial reports and statements using Excel and other tools.
- Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
- Participate in internal and external audits and ensure compliance with accounting standards and policies.
- Ensure compliance with global financial regulations and internal policies.
- Research and resolve accounting issues and discrepancies.
- Collaborate with senior accountants on various projects, including audits and financial reviews.
- Collaborate with other departments and provide financial information and support as needed.
- Attend project meetings and provide updates and feedback to the team.
- At the end of the internship, Intern will deliver a summary of the projects, including recommendations for future improvements.
- Student applicants must be currently enrolled in a four-year accredited college or university pursuing a bachelor's degree with a major in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field.
- Candidate must have completed at least their junior year prior to the start of the internship with active school enrollment throughout the term of the internship (fall and spring semesters).
- Candidate must have a minimum 3.2 GPA (based on a 4.0 scale).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to think critically and creatively and work independently and in a team.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Eagerness to learn and grow.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc.).
