Facilities Operations Analyst – On-Site (Entry/Associate-level)

About the Position

We’re looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Facilities Operations Analyst to join our team. In this entry-level role, you will play an essential part in maintaining our office environment, managing front desk operations, and supporting a comfortable and safe workspace for employees and visitors. This role offers excellent opportunities to develop foundational skills in facilities management and workplace operations.

Primary Responsibilities

• Support the day-to-day operations of our office spaces, meeting rooms, and common areas to ensure a clean, safe, and well-maintained environment.
• Assist with front desk management, including welcoming guests, managing sign-ins, and issuing visitor ID badges.
• Respond to and track facilities and workplace requests using our ticketing system (JIRA).
• Escort visitors, clients, vendors, within the office as needed.
• Monitor office spaces and equipment for maintenance needs, utilize JIRA, and report issues to the appropriate teams.
• Help maintain office supplies by restocking inventory and placing procurement requests.
• Assist with implementing basic health and safety protocols and ensuring compliance with workplace guidelines.
• Coordinate with building maintenance and cleaning teams to support office needs, scheduled office cleaning, and sanitization.
• Identify opportunities to enhance sustainability in the workplace.
• Coordinate with Resource Management on client credential requirements as needed.
• Provide general support to the facilities team and perform other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Ability to work on-site from our Phoenix, AZ office full-time, Monday through Friday during core business hours generally 8:00am – 5:00 pm.
• This is an entry-level position, ideal for recent graduates with related experience or individuals with a minimum of 1-2 years of experience in facilities, real estate, corporate services, office operations or similar fields.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
• Self-motivated, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and analytical skills
• Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Fluent in written and spoken English.

Preferred Qualifications

• Working knowledge of AML/BSA and regulatory environments

Normal Working Hours and Conditions

Core business hours are generally 8:00 am – 5:00 pm.  However, this position will require work to be performed outside of normal business hours based on Company operations across different time zones.
