Job Details
The selected Contractor shall supply a Business Relationship Manager (BRM) who will be available during normal business hours (7:00AM-5:00PM) EST, for the term of the contract.
- The BRM will serve as the primary contact serving as an advisor facilitating service management, risk management, service level management, and relationship management.
- The BRM will meet regularly with the Team throughout the duration of the contract.
- Work to document service level requirements, develop service level metrics and reports.
- Review service level exceptions, determine contributing factors and institute changes through a continuous improvement process.
- Shall develop an escalation process for reported problems or issues.
- Produce Service Level Reports and compare results with Service Level Agreements.
- Respond to requests for assistance not more than two (2) business days from initial request.
- Manage and maintain all customer communications.
- Provide security advisories and recommendations for improving the security posture.
- Provide regular updates about new service features and new releases of existing features, if applicable to the Services provided.
