The CSR will be responsible for managing customer relationships through various communication channels to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction. The role requires a strong technical foundation, excellent communication skills, and experience with CRM systems.
A typical day for a CSR at AMMEGA may involve:
- Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Collaborating with sales, engineering, and product management teams on commercial and technical matters.
