ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
- Design and enhance equipment, mechanisms, and tooling for new product and process development.
- Develop and implement process improvements to reduce costs, enhance quality, and improve safety and reliability.
- Oversee and improve die cast parameters, automation, and work cell development.
- Maintain documentation, reports, and blueprints; support ISO certification and quality programs.
- Create and review 3D design drawings, ensuring compliance with AMMO standards, and utilize advanced software for evaluation and improvement.
- Provide training, technical guidance, and project planning support across departments.
- Analyze and resolve tooling and equipment failures; recommend and implement improvements.
- Collaborate with teams to develop tooling standards, optimize designs, and facilitate production efficiency.
- Support customer design feedback, material specifications, and quotation activities.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance cost, quality, and delivery.
- Follow EHS procedures and perform other duties as assigned for skill development and process optimization.
