As a Sales Operations Coordinator, you'll be the driving force behind seamless sales execution. From managing inventory in PLEX ERP to ensuring smooth data flow between HubSpot CRM and our operations, you'll play a critical role in optimizing processes, resolving order fulfillment challenges, and keeping our customers happy.
Temporary Position Until June 30th, 2025.
Pay : $30 / hour
Hours : 7 : 30am-3 : 30pm (Monday-Friday)
In-Office position with every other Friday work from home!
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
Sales Operations Coordinator job responsibilities would include but not be limited to :
- Collaborate with Sales, Operations, and Customer Support to synchronize sales forecasts with inventory and production capabilities. Manage inventory in PLEX ERP to ensure product availability and prompt order fulfillment.
- Assist in developing accurate sales forecasts and integrate them into PLEX ERP for inventory and production adjustments. Monitor inventory levels and production schedules in real-time to meet customer demand.
- Act as a liaison between departments to resolve issues related to product availability, order fulfillment, or delivery. Track stock levels, production schedules, and backorders using PLEX ERP.
- Collect feedback on order delays, product availability, and service quality, collaborating with teams to address recurring challenges. Adjust operations and inventory planning as needed.
- Oversee integration of sales data between HubSpot CRM and PLEX ERP, ensuring seamless data flow. Develop and maintain reports on sales performance, customer satisfaction, and inventory levels.
- Evaluate and refine sales, operations, and customer support workflows to identify bottlenecks. Propose and implement solutions for greater efficiency, including automation of routine tasks using HubSpot CRM and PLEX ERP.
- Keep customers informed of order status, delivery timelines, and potential issues using PLEX ERP and HubSpot CRM. Support post-sales and customer success teams with accurate and accessible information.
- Provide regular updates to leadership on sales performance, inventory status, and customer satisfaction. Share insights to inform decisions on product offerings, sales strategies, and customer service.
