In this position, you will conduct day-to-day management of CRM (Zoho) database projects including but not limited to software upgrades, database maintenance, report generation, user support, and new user orientation/training. This role is pivotal to the Sales organization's success as the CRM functions as the central hub of all sales activity. You will report to the Sales Leader and will continue to define and develop best practices within the CRM and sales reporting.
This is an office position based in our Tempe, AZ location with business hours Monday-Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm. Occasional extended business hours and weekends may be required.

Key Responsibilities
- Input leads from multiple data sources into the CRM (Zoho).
- Work closely with the Sales Leader to identify reports and valuable CRM data that should be communicated and improved upon.
- Have a strong understanding of marketing and sales funnels, and how to track the workflows throughout the sales cycle.
- Identify qualified leads from our current database, internet research, and other lead sources.
- Ensure all leads and opportunities are captured properly within the CRM (Zoho).
- Mine other lead sources such as CVB, LinkedIn, etc., and industry listings to identify and reach new prospective customers.
- Track, coordinate, and communicate deadlines regarding client activity for the sales team including proposals, advance deposits, billing, etc.
- Assist with email campaigns out of the CRM.
- Reveal insights into trends and new service offerings.
- Other duties assigned by the leadership team.
- 2 years of experience with key aspects of CRM infrastructure.
- Demonstrated successful experience with analytical research and reporting.
- Zoho experience is a bonus but not required.
- Strong understanding of social media, websites, and other platforms necessary to research and gather the information needed.
