Position Overview:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and self-motivated Outside Sales Representative to join our expanding team in Dallas. This role involves actively prospecting new business, building relationships, and selling our comprehensive care packages to property owners in the Prosper, Celina, Frisco, and Plano areas. You will be responsible for both door knocking and business-to-business prospecting to introduce Ammo's unique services and solutions to potential clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Prospecting & Lead Generation:
- Conduct door-to-door outreach to residential properties to generate interest and secure new clients.
- Engage in business-to-business prospecting, establishing connections with property managers, businesses, and commercial property owners to expand Ammo’s reach.
- Work with provided warm leads each day, but also demonstrate initiative by proactively seeking out new sales opportunities.
- Presenting Solutions:
- Conduct in-person consultations with potential clients, explaining the value of Ammo’s pest control and lawn care services.
- Create and present customized care package solutions that address the unique needs of each property.
- Actively listen to clients to understand their challenges and propose tailored service packages that meet their specific needs.
- Relationship Building:
- Foster strong relationships with current clients, ensuring their satisfaction and encouraging referrals.
- Serve as a trusted advisor, offering professional recommendations and upselling additional services when appropriate.
- Sales Reporting & Tracking:
- Track sales activity, manage CRM updates, and meet performance quotas.
- Provide regular updates to management on sales progress and pipeline status.
- Follow up on prospects, close deals, and ensure all paperwork and documentation are completed accurately.
- Collaboration:
- Collaborate with other members of the sales team to strategize and share best practices.
- Work closely with the operations team to ensure a smooth transition of new clients into our service system.
Qualifications:
- Proven track record in outside sales, preferably in pest control, lawn care, or a similar field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and close sales.
- Strong ability to cold-call and prospect new business through door knocking and B2B sales techniques.
- Self-driven and motivated to exceed sales targets.
- Ability to work independently while being part of a collaborative team.
- Experience using CRM software to track leads and sales activity.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
