Job Summary: The Client Service Coordinator completes administrative customer service duties in the laboratory, ensuring highest quality customer service by performing the following duties.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls and transfer to appropriate personnel in a courteous, articulate and timely manner
- Responsible for handling inquiries from company clients and resolving issues as efficiently as possible
- Reviewing and distributing company documents and correspondence to designated clients and/or department
- Recording all client inquiries, requests and concerns into company database , and reviewing database for unresolved customer services tasks
- Responsible for assisting all laboratory staff with clerical and administrative needs such as copying, faxing, mailing etc.
- Review and pack results to be mailed, fax or sent via electronic communication
- Back up for company receptionist
- Other duties as requested
Requirements
Education and Experience:
- Associates in business administration, or equivalent education and experience
- Minimum 3 years customer/client service experience in an office setting
- Experience working in medical office or laboratory preferred
- Computer proficiency, including Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Ability to function in fast-paced environment and maintain operational quality
- MUST be organized and be able to work independently and as part of a team
- Effectively complete tasks in the most efficient and accurate manner
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
- Demonstrated professionalism
- Proven ability to provide high level customer service including problem resolution.
- Strong client service orientation
- Strong organizational, time management and follow-up skills
- Proficient with standard office equipment
