We are seeking a highly skilled and technically proficient E-commerce Manager to join our dynamic e-commerce team. The ideal candidate will oversee e-commerce projects, help integrate our drop ship partners, and drive conversion optimization while leveraging their technical expertise in data analysis, integrations, and programming. This role requires a hands-on approach to working with data and tools, with a focus on achieving measurable results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee dropship partner integrations.
- Manage dropship e-commerce performance.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to drive e-commerce growth.
- Manage e-commerce initiatives from inception to completion, focusing on data-driven decision-making.
- Use advanced Excel functions (e.g., V-lookups, pivot tables) and other analytical tools to analyze e-commerce data and provide actionable insights.
- Develop and execute A/B testing strategies to optimize conversion rates and user experience.
- Oversee integrations of third-party tools and platforms to enhance functionality and user experience.
- Perform light programming tasks to customize e-commerce platforms or troubleshoot issues.
- Leverage e-commerce analytics to identify trends, track KPIs, and improve performance.
- Ensure compliance with e-commerce best practices, trends, and regulations.
- Manage technology stacks, including content management systems and platforms like Magento, Shopify, or BigCommerce.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to complete projects on time and within budget.
Qualifications:
- Experience with drop-ship operations a plus.
- Strong understanding of SEO best practices.
- Proven experience managing and launching successful e-commerce platforms or features.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (V-lookups, pivot tables) and familiarity with database tools.
- Hands-on experience with integrations, APIs, and light programming (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript, or Python).
- Strong background in e-commerce analytics, A/B testing, and conversion rate optimization.
- Expertise in e-commerce platforms such as Magento, Shopify, or BigCommerce.
