Job Summary
The Senior Consultant I, Talent Acquisition serves as a trusted advisor to AMN leaders and provides internal and external candidates with outstanding recruiting experience. The Senior Consultant matches experienced candidates by collaborating with hiring leaders on talent planning options and techniques. This role cultivates long-term relationships with candidates and assesses candidates' experience, long-term potential, and cultural fit in order to ensure increased quality of hire.
Job Responsibilities
- Handle the end-to-end recruitment process which includes initiating intake meetings, crafting sourcing strategies, actively sourcing candidates, pre-screening, interviewing and presenting qualified candidates to hiring leaders, negotiating offers, and facilitating the hiring and onboarding processes.
- Understands each division’s core service offerings and strategic initiatives through formal and informal touchpoints.
- Networks proactively with industry experts and professional industry-related associations, to build ongoing passive candidate pipelines.
- Communicates proactively throughout the recruitment process to ensure all participants are updated and well-informed on a consistent basis.
- Maintains a consistent pipeline of active and semi-active candidates for high-volume and hard-to-fill positions through referrals, social media, and exploratory interviews.
- Prepare candidates for leader interviews by providing detailed information on the company, business strategy, department background, job descriptions, and expectations.
- Extend offers of employment to selected candidates under the direction of hiring leaders and within the guidelines of the Compensation team. Manage the presentation, selection, offer, negotiation, closing, and administrative components involved in the end-to-end recruiting process.

Qualifications
Education & Years of Experience
- Bachelor's Degree plus 5-7 years of work experience OR High School Diploma/GED plus 9-11 years of work experience
Additional Experience
- Experience in recruitment and sourcing, including some experience working in a recruitment agency environment
Work Environment / Physical Requirements
- Work is performed in an office/home office environment.
- Team Members must have the ability to operate standard office equipment and keyboards.

Pay Rate
$74,500 - $88,500 SalaryFinal pay rate is dependent on experience, training, education, and location.
