Interim Manager, Strategic Labor Relations Needed in the Northeast
The Position
- An Interim Manager, Strategic Labor Relations is needed to oversee labor relations for a healthcare facility in the Northeast.
- This position reports to the Vice President of Human Resources.
- The leader will drive labor relations strategy and negotiations for the eastern region, serving as the primary representative in union contract discussions. They will develop and implement labor relations policies, ensuring compliance with collective bargaining agreements and labor laws.
- The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in traditional labor relations, union matters, contract negotiations, and organizing campaigns. This senior-level subject matter expert must possess strong influencing skills and a balance of both strategic vision and hands-on execution.
- Must be available to start within 2-3 weeks of acceptance.
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Previous healthcare leadership experience required.
- Compensation Range: $170,000 to $180,000 annually.
- The final compensation rate will be determined based on experience, education, training, location, internal equity, and budget considerations, in accordance with Fair Market Value evaluation. Additionally, some candidates may be eligible for a comprehensive benefits package, depending on the specific role, including but not limited to health insurance coverage and retirement benefits.
