MINIMUM REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

Current unencumbered Oregon RN Licensure required upon submission.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Three (3) years RN experience required.
Healthcare Provider Level BLS required.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Acute care utilization review, discharge planning or case management experience preferred.
BSN preferred.
LENGTH OF ASSIGNMENT
SHIFT / HOURS PER WEEK
Days (0730-1700), rotating weekends
