Details & requirements for this opportunity : Monday through Friday, 8 : 00 am to 4 : 30 pm Practice Setting : Hospice Home Care Standard Hospice Cases 0-2 patients per day on average Credentialing Timeframe : 60 days Facility Location From its upscale urban culture to laid-back rural attractions and beautiful natural surroundings, the New York’s capital city offers an exciting mix of things to do, see and experience.
