POSITION SUMMARY – Interim Manager - Utilization Management
POSITION DUTIES – Utilization Review/Management
MINIMUM REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS – ID/compact RN license; BLS; 7 years of experience required: strong UM/UR leadership skills (7-10 years), change management experience, supporting leadership/conflict management/resolution, expert in utilization review/process, denial management, kickstarting/supporting new pilot programs/projects, support/mentor direct reports, & knowledge of federal regulations and payor trends.
LENGTH OF ASSIGNMENT – 13 weeks
SHIFT / HOURS PER WEEK – 8hr days / 40hrs/week
