- Monday through Sunday, 7:00 am to 4:00 pm
- Inpatient Setting
- Types of Cases: 75% adult and 25% pediatrics
- Credentialing Timeframe: 0 to 30 days
- Surgical Assisting Preferred
- 8 16 patients per day per midlevel
