POSITION SUMMARY – RN Case Manager
POSITION DUTIES – UR & D/C planning
MINIMUM REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS – FL/compact RN license; BLS; 2 years current acute hospital case management experience; IP UR and d/c planning experience; Well-versed in InterQual and be very good with computer programs; Strong clinically with a comfort in speaking with physicians
LENGTH OF ASSIGNMENT – 13 weeks
SHIFT / HOURS PER WEEK – 8-4:30 M-F
SYSTEMS – Meditech, Midas
START DATE – ASAP
