Role and Responsibilities
- Clinical/Administrative Duties: 75% clinical and 25% administrative.
- Flexible Clinical Schedule: Pick up 9-12 clinical shifts per month.
- Team Leadership: Lead a team of 16 providers.
- Clinical Counsel: Provide advice to the CMO on clinical matters in your specialty.
- Collaboration: Work with Department Chairs and other Medical Staff leaders to support and develop clinical services.
- Schedule Oversight: Maintain oversight of schedules to ensure continuous clinical coverage.
- Compliance: Ensure the clinical service meets or exceeds State or Federal requirements and complies with applicable laws, regulations, and policies.
- Strategic Alignment: Align clinical practice with hospital goals and strategies.
- Recruitment and Retention: Assist in the recruitment and retention of physicians and advanced practice clinicians.
- Patient Care Improvement: Partner with other departments and clinical services to enhance patient care.
Requirements
- Minimum of two years of leadership experience.
Compensation
- Base Salary: $350,000
- Sign-On Bonus: $50,000
