- As soon as credentialed - Ongoing, Clinic and 24 hour call coverage
- Level III Trauma
- Caseload: 100% Adult. Pediatric 0%. Neonatal 0%. Trauma 10%.
- Patients per day: 15
- Credentialing Timeframe: 60 days
