Office : Front office, 2 MAs, 1 mid-level provider

Hospital : 2 mid-level providers, 3 vascular techs

EMR System : EPIC

Trauma Level : III

Credentialing

Timeframe : 60-90 days

Note : Candidates will credential without specific dates and must be available on an as-needed basis.

Compensation

Hourly : $375

On-Call (Daily) : $2900

Call Back : $375

Requirements

Board Certified in Vascular Surgery

BLS Certification

Active CO License or IMLC

COVID-19 Vaccination

Disclose EPIC Experience (Years & Last MM / YYYY Used)
