Position Summary:
We are looking for a driven, dynamic, and experienced Sales Manager to actively open and manage retail accounts across South Florida and the US domestic market. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in retail sales within the spirits industry, with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets, a deep understanding of the industry, and a proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with retail partners.
Key Responsibilities:
- Account Acquisition: Proactively identify, target, and open new retail accounts for the Amnisia Vodka brand, expanding our presence in key markets.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with retail partners, ensuring excellent customer service and support.
- Sales Strategy: Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets and objectives.
- Market Analysis: Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive activities. Provide feedback to senior management for strategic decision-making.
- Promotion and Marketing: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute in-store promotions, events, and marketing campaigns to drive sales and brand awareness.
- Training and Development: Train retail staff on product knowledge, sales techniques, and brand positioning to enhance their effectiveness in promoting the Amnisia Vodka brand.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor and report on sales performance, market conditions, and account activity. Provide regular updates to the senior management.
- Customer Feedback: Gather and relay customer feedback to improve product offerings and customer experience for our retail partners.
Qualifications:
- Experience: At least 5 years of sales experience in the spirits industry, with at least two years focused on retail account management and sales. Experience with ultra-premium or luxury brands is a plus.
- Network: Established and strong network of contacts within the retail sector, particularly in South Florida.
- Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Driven and Self-Motivated: A self-starter with a results-oriented mindset and the ability to work independently. Ability to work in a fast-paced, result-orientated environment.
- Customer-Centric: Committed to providing exceptional service and support to retail partners.
- Licensing and Permits: Must hold a valid Florida driver’s license, a clean driving and criminal record, and an Alcoholic Beverages Solicitor Permit issued by a Florida State agency.
