The Branch Financial Services Representative assists AMOCO in achieving its mission of “serving the financial needs of our members” by providing excellent member service and maintaining strong professional relationships. Assisting members with new loans and products, opening accounts, advising on the status of accounts, and furnishing information on loans, products, fees, and services. Resolving member questions and problems while being courteous and prompt, or properly referring them to the appropriate personnel. May advise on more complex products, very likely to have sales goals.

Essential Functions and Duties:
30% Assists with a wide variety of member service, lending, fraud, and member resolution needs.
20% Drives sales and success through service. Ensures a positive member experience and achieves sales and referral goals through an expanded product set that includes banking, insurance, and investment products.
20% Interviews new account and loan applicants by obtaining the information or documentation required per our policies and procedures. Provides product or service recommendations that fit our member's financial needs, while ensuring a high level of quality control
10% Maximizes personal productivity by utilizing dedication and drive, insightful listening skills, attention to detail, and adaptability to achieve all levels of member, financial center, and personal goals.
10% Builds a book of business by proactively seeking ways to develop and expand relationships to contribute towards financial center and personal success.
10% Engages in continual opportunities to expand their financial acumen, sales expertise, interpersonal skills, and more. Continually increases product knowledge to successfully explain, refer, originate, and complete any products offered by the credit union. Facilitates members' use of self-service solutions to enhance their experience and maintain operational efficiency.

- Must comply with all company policies and procedures, applicable laws and regulations, including but not limited to, the Bank Secrecy Act, the Patriot Act, and the Office of Foreign Assets Control.
