- Locate and provide bid estimation for site work and roadway work (VDOT) on commercial and state projects
- Manage awarded projects to include scheduling of work and final invoicing
- Seek new business opportunities
Requirements and Qualifications
Must be highly motivated, have knowledge of the construction industry and processes, be able to use estimating software to develop pricing, and be able to work independently
- Minimum 3 years of experience in site and roadway work estimating
- Strong computer skills, including Word, Excel, and BlueBeam
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Ability to manage and work well with others
- Ability to maintain a high degree of precision on detailed work
- High sense of urgency to complete assigned tasks
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $90,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
