Responsibilities:
- Perform general clerical duties, including but not limited to: filing, photocopying, scanning, and data entry
- Greet and assist visitors, answer phone calls, and direct inquiries to the appropriate staff members
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for multiple team members
- Assist with event planning and coordination - Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as needed
- Provide administrative support to various departments as required
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
Requirements:
- Previous experience working in a dental or medical office is highly preferred
- Proficiency in computerized systems, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides)
- Strong typing skills with a high level of accuracy
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Familiarity with phone systems and ability to handle multiple phone lines
- Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
