Our team of healthcare professionals positively impacts the health, well-being and quality of life for those we serve providing comprehensive, integrated, affordable healthcare and education to patients. We utilize a team-based model including embedded Behavioral Health Clinicians as well as Case Managers, Care Coordinators and Community Health Workers.
The Intergrated Behavioral Health Clinican is responsible for providing high quality assessment, intervention, and consultation for adult and pediatric patients within an integrated team in a primary care clinic setting. This Integrated Behavioral Health Clinician will provide brief, targeted diagnostic assessment and intervention within an interdisciplinary team. Focus on providing rapid access to high quality and evidence-based interventions to address a broad range of mental health and substance use concerns. Ideal candidates enjoy a fast-paced work environment, are passionate about providing treatment across the lifespan, and enjoy providing both in-person and telehealth services. The ideal candidate will also be willing to provide leadership in increasing interdisciplinary collaboration with the medical team, alongside educating patients and medical providers about the importance of behavioral health in healthcare.
This position offers opportunities for clinical supervision towards licensure, does not have on-call or after-hour requirements, and includes hybrid work options.
