Role Description
We are currently seeking a full-time Business Development Manager to join our team on-site in Akron, OH. In this role, you will be responsible for driving growth by identifying new business opportunities and cultivating lasting relationships with clients. You’ll work closely with internal teams to ensure outstanding client satisfaction, while also developing strategic approaches to expand Amotec’s reach in the staffing industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting and networking
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients across various industries
- Conduct market research to identify trends and potential growth areas
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet or exceed targets
- Collaborate with recruiting and account management teams to ensure seamless service delivery
- Prepare and negotiate client contracts and proposals
- Maintain detailed records of sales activities and client communications
Qualifications:
- Proven success in business development, client relationship management, or sales
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Ability to work independently and take initiative
- Familiarity with sales and marketing strategies
- Experience in the staffing or recruiting industry is highly preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
