Maintenance Supervisor

Amotec is actively seeking a 1st Shift Maintenance Supervisor for our client located in the Scranton, PA area. This opportunity is with a global manufacturing company specializing in the food and beverage industry. In this role, the Maintenance Supervisor will oversee all mechanical and facilities maintenance within the facility while ensuring all operations are following company standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and lead a team of Maintenance Technicians ensuring high standards of maintenance and safety
• Schedule and oversee all maintenance activities, including preventive and corrective maintenance on machinery and equipment
• Troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic and building systems to resolve issues efficiently
• Maintain and ensure the accurate tracking of maintenance records and equipment performance
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure minimal downtime and maximum productivity
• Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations and safety standards

Qualifications:

• 2 years of prior Maintenance Supervision experience
• Strong mechanical aptitude
• Previous preventive maintenance development experience
• Experience working in the food and beverage manufacturing industry is beneficial
