Key Responsibilities for our Verizon Sales Agent:
- Engage directly with customers to assess their needs, provide tailored solutions, and promote Verizon’s products and services
- Meet and exceed sales targets by continuously prospecting, networking, and following up on client-generated leads
- Collaborate with fellow Verizon Sales Agents to maximize customer outreach and improve service through coordinated efforts
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in our CRM system to track progress and improve future engagements
- Stay up-to-date on Verizon’s deals and promotions to confidently answer customer questions and address objections
- Participate in ongoing training and development sessions to enhance your sales and customer service skills
Verizon Sales Agent Job Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage customers
- A passion for sales and a commitment to providing outstanding customer service
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Team player mentality with a desire to contribute to the overall success of the sales team
- Previous sales or customer service experience is a plus, but not required—enthusiasm and willingness to learn are key!
