Verizon Sales Trainee Responsibilities:
- Conduct captivating product demonstrations to convey Verizon’s service offerings directly to customers
- Cultivate strong relationships with consumers to gain a comprehensive understanding of their product desires and needs, ensuring tailored solutions and customer satisfaction
- Manage customer accounts, oversee sales contracts, and handle confidential information with the highest level of accuracy and discretion
- Ensure sales targets are consistently met or exceeded to drive ongoing company success and growth
- Attend Verizon Sales Trainee workshops to gain a thorough understanding of Verizon's product and service offerings, ensuring expert knowledge and effective customer support
- Collaborate with fellow Verizon Sales Trainees to monitor sales metrics and gather feedback, identifying areas for improvement and enhancing overall performance
Verizon Sales Trainee Education & Experience:
- 0-3 years of experience in sales, customer service, telecommunications or related fields is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent required
