OFFICE HOURS : Monday - Friday | 9AM - 6PM

SEEKING ACQUISITION SPECIALIST

  • 2,000 PER MONTH 10%- 15% COMMISSION ON EACH SALE
  • 1ST YEAR EXPECTED INCOME : $60K-$120K

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Acquisition Specialist to negotiate and secure property deals for our team.

This role plays a crucial part in our sales and revenue by managing the acquisition process

and negotiating transactions to ensure the company reaches revenue targets.

JOB OVERVIEW :

  • The Acquisition Specialist is responsible for negotiating, evaluating, and acquiring real estate properties for wholesale. This role involves identifying investment opportunities, negotiating deals, and building relationships with property owners, agents, and investors.

    • RESPONSIBILITIES :

  • Source and evaluate potential properties for wholesale.
  • Negotiate purchase agreements with sellers.
  • Analyze property values and market trends.
  • Build and maintain relationships with industry professionals.
  • Maintain an updated acquisition pipeline using CRM systems.
  • Report on acquisition progress and opportunities.

    • QUALIFICATIONS :

  • Experience in real estate acquisitions, wholesale, or investments preferred but not necessary.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Ability to analyze property values and market data preferred but not necessary.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems and real estate tools.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently.
  • Ability to work cohesively in a team environment and meet team goals

    • Salary : $60,000 - $120,000
