Talent Acquisition Specialist

Job Summary: Are you passionate about finding the best talent and making a positive impact within our Company? We are looking for a dynamic Talent Acquisition Partner to join our team in Miami. Reporting to the Associate Director, Talent Acquisition, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing talent acquisition strategies to attract top talent to roles across various levels of the business.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with recruiting managers to understand requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.
• Manage the full recruitment cycle, from taking job briefs to interviewing candidates.
• Source candidates using innovative approaches and ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience.
• Champion diversity and inclusion in all recruitment activities, ensuring a diverse pool of candidates.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to enhance the company's employer brand and attract top talent.
• Continuously improve recruitment processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  
  

Qualifications

• Previous talent partnering experience with a proven track record of delivering quality recruitment services in a high-volume and fast-paced environment.
• Successful track record of managing the full recruitment cycle at all levels in a growing company.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with success working at all levels of the business.
• Experience in recruiting technical and specialist roles.
• Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and using analytics to improve recruitment processes.
• Experience within the Clinical Research or Pharmaceutical industry is preferable.
