Pay Range $31-$33/hour
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential job function satisfactorily and meet all health, safety and housekeeping regulations. - Safely Operate warehouse equipment as needed including but not limited to motorized forklift with various attachments (clamp, fork, probe) and single or dual axle tractor and 53’ trailer (Class A CDL required)
- Ability to receive and maintain equipment certification if applicable
- Read and follow instructions
- Move material within facility to ensure machine centers are stocked, deliveries are loaded and unloaded according to protocol.
- Keeps warehouse and surrounding areas organized by meeting housekeeping, storage, staging and cleanliness requirements
- Verification and tracking of all material moved including quantity, size, and packaging
- Complete all necessary documents for internal or external use
- Works with minimum supervision
- Handles moderate complex issues and problems
- All other duties as assigned
Qualifications, Education and Experience
- Current Class A CDL and Medical Examiner’s Certificate
- Prior equipment, shipping, receiving, or warehouse experience preferred
- Ability to read and comprehend instructions, correspondence
- Ability to communicate verbally and in writing
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide units of measure
- Solid working knowledge of warehouse processes and related manufacturing
- Experience using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook), email and calendar capabilities.
- Maintains strict confidentiality and protects privacy of confidential/sensitive information.
- Exceptional time management and organization skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously establishing priorities to meet deadlines.
- Proactive; exercises sound judgment and decision making; able to identify problems and needs and develop solutions and/or options.

Work primarily in a manufacturing or warehouse environment. Hearing protection, safety shoes, vision protection and other necessary PPE as required.
Rarely exposed to non-toxic/nuisance smells from chemicals, airborne dust, moving mechanical parts, high noise levels and hot/humid environmental conditions in the manufacturing area.

This role will regularly use plant machinery which certification may be required. This role routinely works around moving equipment. Employee is regularly required to stand; walk; use hands/fingers to type, hold, handle, or feel; and reach with hands and arms. The employee is regularly required to talk or hear. The employee lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
