We are currently hiring a part-time Learning Resource Assistant As a part-time. Learning Resource Assistant, you will work at the corporate office in Indianapolis, IN for one day per week; ideally either Thursday or Friday for a total of eight hours. The ideal candidate will possess a strong attention to detail, an ability to meet strict project deadlines, and possess excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Job Description:
We are currently hiring a part-time Learning Resource Assistant As a part-time. Learning Resource Assistant, you will work at the corporate office in Indianapolis, IN for one day per week; ideally either Thursday or Friday for a total of eight hours. The ideal candidate will possess a strong attention to detail, an ability to meet strict project deadlines, and possess excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Perform an initial setup of new Mobile and EMS Technician iPhones. Duties are, but may not be limited to, installing a protective outer case to the phone, placing a screen protector on each device, and updating and resetting each phone
- Create and organize welcome bags each week for our new Mobile and EMS Technicians
- Print customized welcome letters and assemble them in new hire folders
- Generate certificates of completion for each Technician Orientation cohort
- Print and assemble name tents
- Print and assemble participate guidebooks
- Other duties as assigned
- High School Diploma/GED and 3 years’ experience in a related field.
- The candidate could also have a different combination, such as any level degree/certification beyond a HS diploma/GED in a related discipline and up to 1 year of experience; or 5 years’ experience in a related field.
- Proficient at a basic level with Microsoft Office software; specifically Word and Excel
- Ability to reference a participant list, and then incorporate those names into a mail merge function.
- Experience in performing initial Apple iPhone setup i.e. installing screen protectors and phone cases.
- Capable to initiating iPhone updates, performing a phone reset, and charging an iPhone.
- Previous experience using a copy machine; preferably a Canon Image Runner C7565i.
- Strong interpersonal skills to develop business relationships at all levels within an organization.
- Excellent time management and self-motivation skills.
- Ability to meet strict project deadlines.
- Strong detail orientation skills.
- Previous experience working in an “on site” role within an office environment.
- Microsoft Word/Excel experience.
- iPhone experience iPhone 14, 15, 16, 3.
- Attention to detail.
