JOB DUTIES:
- The role supports overall project efficiency through proactive coordination, financial accuracy, and database integrity.
Assist the Real Estate Project Managers with tasks including:
- Document Processing & Administration: Manage real estate agreements, amendments, termination memos, ownership changes, and site access issues.
Payment & Tax Resolution:
- Research and address rent payments or tax-related issues tied to agreements.
Database Management:
- Set up new projects, monitor database functionality, and resolve issues.
Forecast Management:
- Monitor and ensure the integrity of project completion forecast dates, following up on team deliverables.
Program Reporting:
- Create, maintain, and update customized reports and dashboards within the company database.
Required Skills:
- A degree or 2 years of work experience Ability to work independently, manage pressure, and meet deadlines.
- Experience in administration and project management, Strong communication skills ( including executive interactions) with attention to detail.
- Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and verbal/written communication skills.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities Proficiency in Google Suite (Gmail, Calendar, Drive, Sheets) and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Advanced Excel skills (e.g., V-Lookups, Pivot Tables).
- Familiarity with FUZE and relational/web-based database applications.
- Desired Skills: 1 years of experience in the wireless/communications industry.
- Background in legal, contract management, project management, or construction.
- Knowledge of legal and financial terms with the ability to interpret contracts.
- NY Notary certification (preferred) Experience in site acquisition, commercial real estate, or property management. Experience with Smartsheet.
