Job Title: Recruiter
Location(s): Basking Ridge, NJ
Targeted Years of Experience: 0-3 years
Responsibilities:
* Source candidates using a variety of search methods
* Screen candidates by reviewing resumes and job applications
* Perform reference checks as need
* Manage the overall interview, selection, and closing process
* Ensure all screening, hiring, and selection is done in accordance with employment laws and regulations
MUST HAVE SKILLS (Most Important):
Full-cycle recruitment experience.
DESIRED SKILLS:
Recruitment experience with startups, integrations, technology, and/or product.
Experience using sourcing methodologies like Boolean.
Exercised effective consulting, influencing, and negotiating skills.
EDUCATION/CERTIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's degree
