We are currently seeking to hire a District Fitness Sales Manager to join our team! You will be responsible for overseeing our CENTRAL FLORIDA locations.
Responsibilities:
- Recruitment and hiring new talent
- maintain our company culture
- Oversee and coordinate the sales team activities
- Hit sales quotas for trainers and goals for the club teams
- Maintain healthy draft per club and continue to grow PT revenue
- Analyze sales statistics to identify areas of improvement
- Track results and trends regularly for business forecasting
- Report on team and individual performance
- Develop and execute innovative sales strategies
- Build and form new partnerships with potential clients
Qualifications:
- Previous Fitness experience
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or related field
- Experience as a supervisor or manager
- Strong leadership qualities
- Ability to build rapport with clients
- Ability to cultivate talent
