Duties

• Develop and implement engaging lesson plans tailored to the needs of students.
• Teach various subjects including culinary arts, ballet, photography, and childhood development.
• Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages student participation.
• Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to support their learning journey.
• Collaborate with colleagues on curriculum development and classroom management strategies.
• Maintain an organized classroom setting conducive to learning.
• Foster relationships with students to understand their individual learning styles and needs.
• Stay updated on best practices in education and incorporate innovative teaching methods.

Experience

• Proven experience working with students in an educational setting is essential.
• Background in culinary arts, dance, photography, or childhood development is highly desirable.
• Strong skills in lesson planning and curriculum development are preferred.
• Familiarity with classroom management techniques to create an effective learning environment.
• Ability to engage students through creative teaching methods that cater to diverse learning styles.
• Experience in fostering a supportive atmosphere that promotes student growth and confidence.
