About The Role
As an ATE Test and Operations Technician, you will be an integral part of our Test Operation team, responsible for executing planned microprocessor System on Chip (SOC) and system tests, along with other operational tasks. This role offers comprehensive training and focuses on supporting Automated Test Equipment (ATE) Operations. Your expertise will ensure the smooth execution of testing processes and contribute to the overall success of our manufacturing operations.

About The Role
As an ATE Test and Operations Technician, you will be an integral part of our Test Operation team, responsible for executing planned microprocessor System on Chip (SOC) and system tests, along with other operational tasks. This role offers comprehensive training and focuses on supporting Automated Test Equipment (ATE) Operations. Your expertise will ensure the smooth execution of testing processes and contribute to the overall success of our manufacturing operations.
What you’ll achieve:
- Execute planned microprocessor SOC and system tests with precision and efficiency.
- Support ATE Operations, with a preference for candidates experienced with 93K testers.
- Maintain and troubleshoot load board issues to ensure seamless testing operations.
- Generate yield reports using Excel, providing valuable insights into production performance.
- Contribute to APCB board rework, leveraging your experience to enhance operational effectiveness.
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field is preferred; or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience in semiconductor manufacturing test operations.
- Experience in production test operations within the semiconductor industry.
- Experience in ensuring quality production test operations.
- Experience with microprocessor testing is highly desirable.
- Experience in New Product Introduction (NPI) test operations is a plus.
- Basic mechanical/electrical debugging capabilities knowledge/experience.
- Ability to demonstrate consistency and accountability in all tasks, understanding the criticality of material tracking and inventory control.
